Overview
  • Who I Am & How I Work
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life changes, trauma, emotional struggles, and relationship challenges. My practice combines warmth, deep empathy, and professional expertise to help you find clarity, healing, and direction—especially when it feels too overwhelming to face alone.
  • Background & Experience
My Professional Background: After completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, I worked in public mental health services in Japan—including child welfare centers, emergency shelters, and suicide prevention programs. I later served at the UNHCR, offering psychological support to refugees, immigrants, women, children, and minorities.
Work experience and practice
My work has always centered on empowering people to build confidence, emotional safety, and a more fulfilling life.
I also led a mental health NGO for seven years and have worked internationally in countries such as Denmark, the UK, the US, the Philippines, Nepal, Rwanda, Germany, and so on. These experiences have given me a broad and inclusive understanding of mental health across cultures, identities, and systems.

Currently, I provide online sessions globally, supporting clients with:

  • Life transitions and career changes
  • Trauma, stress, and burnout
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Relationship and communication issues
  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm
  • Cross-cultural identity, gender, and belonging

“I’m so glad I met Suu. I’ve been able to see myself more objectively, and every session I feel truly heard. The thoughtful, probing questions helped me understand myself better. I felt more comfortable and safe than in any previous experience. When I try to think alone, I often fall into a negative cycle that leads nowhere, but exploring things together made my reflection time productive and healthy. I gained confidence in myself and clarity about my life, along with guidance on how to move forward.”

Reason for the Price

These sessions are designed to create deep, long-lasting changes that will affect the rest of your life. I don’t work with people who just think, “It’s cheap, so I’ll give it a try.” Instead, I work with those who truly see the value of transforming their life for the next decades and are ready to commit.

When someone chooses a session only because it’s inexpensive, there is often still a sense of leaving the responsibility to someone else. Real change happens only when a person is fully committed to working on their own issues. That is why I set this price — to work only with people who are serious and ready.

I believe this investment is absolutely worth it, considering the profound changes it can bring to your future. In today’s world, there are many unqualified “coaches” and uncertified counselors, but my sessions are for those who want truly high-quality, professional, and life-changing support.

My Vision and Enthusiasm

Confident and Comfortable in Who I Am
I am an international freelancer dedicated to supporting self-esteem, emotional safety, and the security of existence for every individual.

Growing up in Japanese family and educational environments, I often felt the weight of conformity and the lack of emotional safety. Alongside concerns about financial and physical security, I also witnessed the seriousness of depression and suicide in Japan. These experiences taught me the deep importance of psychological and emotional safety, self-actualization, and self-worth.

My mission is to help people move from merely surviving to truly thriving. I envision a society where even those from marginalized communities—often unheard, exploited, or excluded—can live each day with dignity, respect, and the recognition of their individuality as value.

To realize this vision, I founded and ran an NGO supporting youth mental health in Japan for seven years. Later, I re-examined my own profession, cultural expectations of self-sacrifice, and work-life balance, which led me to relocate to Europe. Since then, I have expanded my work globally, offering mental health support free from rigid values, with a continuously broadening perspective.

Today, I support individuals in building original confidence and a sense of safety in their own lives. My work is dedicated to protecting the originality, creativity, and diversity of every person—qualities that are too often silenced or suppressed.
